As it breathes in the glass, these give way to sweeter notes of cling peach, mango, and pineapple pulp, evolving with the wine's temperature. On the palate, this remarkable expression from old vines exhibits impressive texture, initially tightly wound with crisp, textured green apple skin and lime cordial flavors. Gradually, it unfolds into luscious stone fruit characteristics, all the while maintaining a vibrant core of pure green apple acidity from start to finish.
