WYN SHIPPING POLICY

We currently offer shipping within South Africa and internationally to countries where wine exports are allowed. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

4. Order Processing Time:
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process and pack your items within 1 business day based on availability. When we have to order products in, we’ll notify you and will ship as soon as the products have arrived at our shop. Please note that orders placed after 12 p.m. will be processed the following business day.
5. Shipping Timeframes:
The estimated delivery timeframes are as follows for shipment within South Africa.
● Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
● Expedited Shipping: 1 to 2 business days
Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may vary based on factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, and order volume.
International orders will be confirmed depending on the destination.

8. Adult Signature Requirement:
Due to the nature of our products, all orders containing alcoholic beverages require an adult (18 years of age or older) signature upon delivery. The carrier will verify the recipient’s age and will not deliver the package to anyone underage.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with any issues, please contact our customer service team within 1 day of receiving the package. We will work diligently to resolve the matter and ensure your satisfaction.
