WYN-Tasters Wine Subscription Club – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to WYN-Tasters. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to the WYN-Tasters wine club ("Subscription Service") operated by WYN Store ("we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to WYN-Tasters.
2.2. By subscribing, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and receive alcohol in South Africa.

3. Subscription Details
3.1. The subscription fee is R1350 per month.
3.2. Each month, members will receive a curated box of six (6) wines.
3.3. Delivery is included at no additional cost within South Africa.
3.4. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice to members.

4. Billing and Payments
4.1. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
4.2. By subscribing, you authorize WYN Store to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
4.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details are accurate and up to date.
4.4. If payment fails, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.
4.5. Access to benefits may be suspended until payment is successful

5. Delivery
5.1. Deliveries are made within South Africa only.
5.2. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
5.3. Someone aged 18 or older must be available to accept delivery.
5.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Pausing or Cancelling Your Subscription
6.1. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
6.2. To pause or cancel, you must email info@wynstore.co.za
6.3. Requests must be received before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.
6.4. No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed for a given month.

7. Returns and Refunds
7.1. If you receive damaged or faulty products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
7.2. We may request photographic evidence before issuing a replacement or refund.
7.3. Refunds or replacements are granted at our discretion.

8. Product Availability and Substitutions
8.1. Wines are selected based on availability and seasonality.
8.2. We reserve the right to substitute wines of equal or greater value if necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. WYN Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
9.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the relevant billing period.

10. Privacy
10.1. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10.2. We will not share your information with third parties except where necessary to fulfill your subscription (e.g., delivery services).

11. Amendments
11.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
11.2. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

By subscribing to WYN-Tasters, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Most subscription wine selections are made by buyers behind a desk - we let our tasting community decide.
Every month the six highest-rated wines from our Winemaker's Evenings make it in to our WYN-TASTERS Box which is sent out to our Club Members.

You can purchase the WYN-TASTERS Box as a once off and enjoy the Top6 as
rated by our tasting community. Club Members enjoy the WYN-TASTERS Box at a
discount, plus 10% discount any additional purchases of the Top6 within that month. It’s one of the easiest ways to discover exceptional wines every month.

At WYN we host regular tasting events where invited producers present
their wines and our tasting community taste and rate every bottle. Winemakers are
invited for the quality of wines they produce, the uniqueness of wine range
they produce (varietal and style) and the value their wines offer.

Each box includes the Top6 — the wines that impressed our tasting
community the most during that month’s tastings. Also included are tasting notes
and pairing suggestions.

Payment for the first month is taken on the day you subscribe. Thereafter payment is taken on the last day of the month.

Subscriptions made between the 1st and 15th will receive that month’s collection. Subscriptions made after the 15th will receive the following month’s collection, delivered within the first 10 days of that month.

Yes. Within South Africa, door to door shipping is included for Club
Members.

Yes. Members enjoy priority access to attend our Winemakers Evenings and
experience the tastings where the wines are rated.

Yes. You can pause or cancel your membership at any time. Simply email
info@wynstore.co.za

No. Each month’s selection changes depending on which wines are rated
highest at that month’s Winemakers Evenings.

Members enjoy the discounted prices on additional purchases of a Top6
wines within the month they have received them, applicable for online and
in-store purchases.

The WYN-TASTERS Box is shipped in the first week of every month.

If you sign up between the 1st and 15th, you’ll receive that month’s collection.
If you sign up after the 15th, your first delivery will be next month’s collection—arriving within the first 10 days.
