A blend of 55% Cabernet franc with 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot - all from the Helderberg in Stellenbosch.
This is a lovely red Bordeaux blend from the Cape, with lots of brambly fruit, super-fine tannins, and a long and precise finish. Pieter’s Bordeaux blends get better and better.
