A refined, light golden straw colour with a fine and energetic mousse exuding great complexity in aromas. The entry on the palate is pronounced, with rich yeasty tones leading to layered, bright lime zest and fresh citrus reams, characteristic of the Chardonnay variety.
This is harnessed with Pinot Noir’s berry-clad sumptuousness and sweet-sour cherry fruit. Extended lees-aging ensures life-affirming vigour on the palate with a regal creaminess and clean finish.
