This blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedré and Carignan has aromas of red berries and black fruit, fynbos and spice. The palate is medium full-bodied, concentrated fruit and good structure. Pairs well with grilled and roast beef, stew, mildly spicy foods and game.
