Light shines through this pale yellow wine with vibrant acidity and a strong backbone of minerality with delicate notes of Granny Smith apple, fresh cut melon and green pear. An energetic tension leaves one with the impression of a future filled with lemon zest and lemon curd. Excellent ageing potential.
