Colmant Brut Reserve

Meticulously crafted blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, sourced from premium vineyards across Franschhoek, Robertson, Hemel-en-Aarde, and Elgin. Just 10% of the base wine is fermented in French oak barrels, adding subtle depth, while 20% reserve wines from previous vintages contribute complexity and continuity.
