Aromas of lemon curd, fresh pastry and delicate waxy notes. The palate is balanced and textured, with hints of orange rind, apricot and subtle spice, finishing fresh with a gentle touch of honey.

The Chenin Blanc was matured in concrete, while the Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc were skin-fermented, basket-pressed, and aged for nine months in older French oak.
