Savage White 2025

Savage White 2025 is a bold, aromatic, and precise Sauvignon Blanc-led blend (71% Sauvignon Blanc and 29% Sémillon) from the Overberg, Stellenbosch, and Villiersdorp. Complex aromas of white peach, nectarine, grapefruit, and lime zest, layered with distinctive blackcurrant leaf, elderflower, and lemongrass spice over a flinty, saline. Long, dry, and savoury with lingering citrus peel, herbs, and a bracing saline freshness.
