TheSaxenburg Private Collection Cabernet Sauvignon 2021vintage has a bright garnet and ruby colour. The nose is layered with mulberry, prune, bramble, tobacco, mocha and fynbos notes. The entry on the palate is smooth with refined, sculpted tannins, a bright acid culminates in a dark cherry finish.
