Matured in older oak for nine months. Grapes from two old bush vine blocks, one near Joostenberg and the other in Somerset West. A beguiling nose with top notes of blossom and herbs before lemon, naartjie and peach. The palate is light bodied yet simultaneously immensely concentrated with fresh acidity.
