Whalehaven Pinot Noir Res. 2021

A limited production Pinot Noir that displays a youthful colour with top notes of rose petals, a raspberry core with underlying hints of honey and redcurrants. Silky soft with a plush mouthfeel, leading to a finish accentuated by a bright splash of pleasant acidity. Warm cedar notes soften the red cherry backbone.
