1. Storm Ignis Pinot Noir 2023 – R895 - Ignis Pinot Noir hails from a northern slope in the Upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. Latin for “fire”, ignis refers to the fact that granite is an igneous rock formation – “from fire to stone”.

2. Thammus Chardonnay 2022 – R545 - This Chardonnay epitomises elegance, impeccably balanced with a backbone of ocean-infused acidity. It unveils prominent notes of citrus and ripe white peach, intricately interwoven with nuances of spiced almonds and a subtle trace of fynbos honey.

3. Roodekrantz Filosoof Syrah 2022 - R205 - Pleasant aromatics on the nose, filled with red fruits, blueberry, spice, charcuterie and fine herbs. On the palate the wine displays fine, dense and very ripe tannins that provide a structured backbone

4. Crystallum Clay Shales Chardonnay 2024 - R875 - A vivid, taut and complex vintage. White pear, litchi and butterscotch on the nose alongside a struck match smokiness, vanilla pod and elderflower.

5. Alheit Cartology 2024 - R515 - Wonderful nose of pear and kumquat/lime citrus.  Some stone fruit too. Fantastic palate, beautiful shape, very balanced, quite powerful, full of savoury sweet tension.
